Rachael Rubner – Stylist and Color Specialist – Plymouth
I started my Cosmetology career at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. Since then, I started with New Reflections – Plymouth 7 years ago. Meanwhile, I attended a great deal of Advanced Education classes, such as staying up to date with Aveda trends twice a year with new Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter Trends. I have also attended the New York Aveda Advanced Academy, completing training on perfecting the “look” with cutting and coloring.
I also attended the “Runway Styling” class with Jon Reyman & Gerard Scarpaci in New York as well. Along with that, I had the opportunity to work “behind the scenes” at New York Fashion Week.
Just recently, I have been attending extensive training on hair coloring with David Adams here in Minneapolis. Along with this Advanced Training, we have also had tons of in-house training with other Aveda Global trainers, such as Rudy Miles (Make-up) and Antoinette Beenders (Aveda Global Style Director – haircutting and editorial) and many others.
I have also been certified with SoCap Hair Extensions.
What I love about hair is how creative I can be with making someone look and feel their best either with color, cutting, extensions or just with a new style!
